1. Who we are

GridWave DSP is operated by Goussi, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Korea ("we", "us"). Contact:contact@gridwavedsp.com.

2. Products

We sell digital software: Max for Live devices for Ableton Live (delivered as .amxd files). Each product page lists the software required to run the device (Ableton Live version, Max for Live). Please check the requirements before you buy — the devices do not run without them.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the device on machines you own or control, for making music — commercial releases included. You may not redistribute, resell, share, rent or sublicense the device files or license keys, or remove license mechanisms. All intellectual property in the devices remains with us.

4. Purchases, payment and delivery

Orders are processed by our merchant of record, which handles payment, applicable taxes and billing support; its buyer terms apply to the payment transaction. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. After checkout you receive your download and license key by email — typically within minutes.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Updates and support

Purchases include free updates to the purchased device and email support at contact@gridwavedsp.com. We aim to keep devices working with current Ableton Live and Max versions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with future third-party software we do not control.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you buy as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change.
